Free assessment, no commitment

You tell us what is broken, slow, or keeping you up at night. We ask questions about your setup, your team, and your goals. We give you an honest read on where things stand and what we would do. This is a real conversation, not a sales presentation. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.

We send a clear proposal

Within 24 hours

Based on the assessment, you get a flat-rate proposal that maps to one of our three plans (Core, Shield, or Command) with any project-specific additions scoped separately. No hidden fees, no per-ticket charges baked into the base rate, no surprise add-ons.

Onboarding and systems audit

First 2 weeks

Once you sign, we get access to your environment and run a full audit. We document your devices, software, network, accounts, and backup state. We identify anything urgent and fix it first. You get a clean baseline report so everyone knows exactly where things stand.

RMM agents and security baseline

Week 2 to 3

We deploy our monitoring agent to every device, set up endpoint protection, enforce MFA on admin accounts, configure your backup solution, and establish your security baseline. You start getting the monitoring and protection without having to think about it.

Active managed support begins

From day one of active service, your team knows how to reach us, the SLA clock starts ticking, and we are monitoring. Most of our work is invisible, which is how it should be. Issues get caught before they become outages. Patches go out on schedule. You just work.

Regular reviews and automation opportunities

Ongoing

We check in regularly, not just quarterly. Command-tier clients get formal business reviews. Every client gets a report. And we are always looking for automation opportunities: workflows that can be simplified, tasks that can be eliminated, costs that can be cut. We surface these proactively.

The whole process from first call to fully managed typically takes two to three weeks. There is no "go live" day where you cross your fingers. It is gradual, tested, and documented at every step.
