Common questions, straight answers
No jargon, no dodging. If you have a question that is not here, just ask.
An MSP is a company that manages your IT systems for a flat monthly fee instead of billing you every time something breaks. We monitor your devices, keep software patched, handle your help desk, manage your cybersecurity, and plan your IT roadmap. You pay one predictable rate instead of getting surprise invoices every month.
Under five minutes for active issues during business hours. That means a real human acknowledges your problem within five minutes and starts working on it. Not a ticket confirmation email. An actual person. If you call, someone answers.
No. We do not use offshore teams, subcontractors, or gig technicians. The people you meet are the people working on your systems. This matters especially if your business handles sensitive client data.
Core covers the fundamentals: help desk, device management, patch management, endpoint protection, and a basic security baseline. Shield adds real cybersecurity layers: email security, managed backup, identity protection, and security training. Command adds strategy: vCIO advisory, incident planning, executive reporting, and compliance readiness. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
No. All plans are flat-rate. You are not penalized for calling us. That is the point. Per-ticket billing creates an incentive for the IT company to avoid solving problems, because if nothing breaks, they do not get paid for the call. Flat-rate aligns our incentives with yours.
Law firms, accounting and financial firms, aviation and flight schools, construction and engineering, real estate and property management, nonprofits, professional services, and hospitality. We understand the specific software, compliance requirements, and workflows that matter to each industry.

If you find a managed IT partner in Central Florida that offers better value for your business, we will match their pricing and give you two free months of service to compare fairly. This is not a bait-and-switch. If you genuinely find a better deal, we want to know about it.
Typically two to three weeks from contract signing to fully managed status. We start with an audit, deploy monitoring and security tools, document your environment, and fix anything urgent before we go live. No rushed go-lives.
Yes. This is our co-managed IT option. We back up your internal person instead of replacing them. They handle what they handle. We fill the gaps, provide tools, and cover specialized areas like cybersecurity or cloud management. Many of our clients find this is the right structure for their size.
If you are on Shield or Command, you have a tested backup and recovery plan in place before it ever happens. If you are not a client yet and you are in an active incident, call us directly at 863-632-8276. We can assist with triage and recovery. See our first-hour ransomware guide for what to do immediately.
Yes. All plans include basic M365 and Google Workspace support. Shield and Command include managed backup for your cloud data, which most businesses do not realize they need until they lose something. Microsoft does not back up your email and documents the way most people assume.
We will document what you have and integrate where we can. We are not dogmatic about toolsets. If something works for your business, we will support it. If something has a better option that saves you money or reduces risk, we will tell you honestly.
It is a core part of how we operate and how we help clients. We look for automation opportunities in every client relationship, not just the biggest ones. One Central Florida flight school saves about $700 a month from a single automation we built.
