EagleOnyx started because the same pattern kept repeating. A small business owner calls their IT provider with a problem. They get a ticket number. They wait. They follow up. They wait more. Eventually someone responds — sometimes with the right fix, sometimes not. The business owner is stuck, unable to work, losing money, with no real idea what’s happening.

Otto started EagleOnyx to break that pattern. Founder-led means the person responsible for results is also the person answering the phone. No layers. No hand-offs.
